Exclusive Launch of Scabal's Vicuna suiting 12th June 2008
A little box was hand delivered by Gregor Thissen the CEO of Scabal this morning. The black leather box with gold writing contains the finest suitings in the world, pure 100% Vicuna suiting. As it says on the inside of the box it is the "World's first ever 100% worsted spun Vicuna suiting lengths." Nicholas Jones Bespoke are the first tailors in the UK to have received the collection. It is a rare and precious product today as it was at the time of the Incas when only the rulers themselves had the priviledge of wearing garments woven from the Vicuna Lama. This really is a special product and will make up into a very fine and luxurious suit. It is in such limited supply that the collection only consists of 8 patterns due to its rarity.
