Nicholas Jones Bespoke Spring / Summer
2007 collection
With Nicholas Jones now firmly established
with their clients and the media as the
North’s Most Savile Row-esque tailors
we are pleased to bring you a stylish
representation of our interpretation
of what Spring / Summer 2007 means.
We must never forget that style is timeless
and fashion is just directional; however
mixing the two means that you create
an ageless contemporary elegance that
pushes through the colours and textures
to create a garment that fits all seasons,
textures, colours and ages. It is classless,
tasteful and stylish.
Spring / Summer 2007
Suits – It is all about cool wools
and mohair mixes giving that crisp and
sharp look when tailored in the Nicholas
Jones style of single breasted, waisted
and elegant two and one button jackets
with deep side vents giving the wearer
a superb silhouette. Colours are dominated
by shades of grey and blue evoking those
memories of light and breezy days.
Jackets – Half lined yet waisted
two and one button jackets with details
to compliment the overall direction of
the garment. Innovative use of ribbon
and silk highlight the contemporary edge
to our jackets. The most predominant
cloths are linen, cotton and silk mixes
in fuzzy herringbones and window pane
checks. We have also utilised unique
double faced linen in mid brown and on
the flip side baby blue. Colours are
more relaxed being driven by light browns
and creams with wispy blues.
Trousers – Tailored linen trousers
in whites and shades of brown giving
a very relaxed yet defined appearance.
Shirts – Crisp white shirts are
still on the agenda in various styles
including one of our sought after house
creations “the mod collar and cuff”.
Colours include white and shades of blue
in either plain or stripes with large
gingham patterns with small gingham detail
on the collar making a resurgence. We
have thrown in a couple of metallic designs
for the fashionista as well!
Shoes – we do not profess to be
shoe people but we had a helping hand
from the teams at Ran and Edwards of
Manchester to help us compliment our
range. You can visit their websites at
